Clock Problems?

I think it can be related to Chrome freezing problem on some Win10 machines (something to do with SSD drives and appcache?)...
I have a similar problem on diep.io, where the game would freeze for a few seconds

No. I have neither Win10 nor an SSD drive and experience the problem anyway.

The problem has cleared up for now. It's happened before though, so I assume it may happen again. I still won a couple of games by premoving everything :D

Same problem here, using Google Chrome.
Everything fine until a few days ago.
And just now played a game where it seems back to ok again.
