So I lost to a cheater during my Classical provisional games. I got the notification that they were banned, but received no points back. AFAIK, it's usually instantaneous. Any idea? Lost 57 points.

That was a surprising opening to me. Black is down a pawn (after 15. exd5) and white seems to control the center, but black somehow gets decent compensation with two good bishops and a queen pointing at the white king. A lot of the computer lines that follow are crazy, with white taking even more pawns but giving up the exchange to stop the two bishops.
