Yeah, that's a pretty bad mistake. It seems there's an error with the engine analysis there (it probably stopped analyzing once it found one mating sequence instead of continuing to search for the quickest one).

I've done over 5,000 training exercises and have encountered about
10 with fatal errors. That's about 0.2% error rate. Pretty good for a free site with volunteer developers. However, it's good to fix those exercises with errors by bringing them to the attention of administrators.
