No points awarded after winning to a cheater

Hello community,

today I won against a cheater that got detected from the system right after our match. But I didn't receive any points from that match.
I assume it is because Lichess probably turns every match against a cheater into an unrated match to make it more fair for the players who lose against the cheaters.

But the thing is: I won! So does anybody know why Lichess gives me a disatvantage here and retains the points from me that I earn for that win?
I can understand that you don't lose your points or get them refunded when you lose to a cheater.
But why don't I deserve that points when I even beat that cheater? I played a good game and so I can't understand why I get punished for doing nothing wrong.
@JmEricsson, how about you post your game here and we can look at it. Besides, how do you know that you opponent is a cheater?
i have a suspicion i know who you beat, an old friend of mine who is not a cheater, he violated ToS in a different way.
@Sazed @risky-chess First of all, thank you for the link! But in my opinion this link does not solve the problem.
Because the text in the link only explains why and under which conditions you get your point refunded when losing to a cheater.
But that is not the case here. I didn't lose to the cheater, I won, so the link unfortunately doesn't address my issue.

You say they got 'got detected from the system right after our match'. I wonder if they got detected during the game, thus the game was made casual as all games with marked players are casual (even if it says otherwise).
@TBest You are right, I don't know that for sure. It could be that the player already got detected while we were playing.
But even in this case, I ask myself, why the game denied the ranking points when I won. I still don't see the sense in punishing a player for winning against a cheater.
Before the game started, the player wasn't marked as a cheater, so it must have happened during the game at least.
