disable choosing color in rating games

I think it should be disabled, because some players always choose white because they care to much about their rating and they leave after 1 game and seek another opponents.
Of course the option of choosing may stay in friendly games.

What do you think?

If a guy just plays white, I prefer not to play him after noticing.
