> So. I had 3 dogs, now I have 2 dogs......One of them died because of parvovirus......The dog's name of Mika. She was really close to me and after her death I felt like I lost something which is more costlier than a piece of gem. So, whenever I think of her, I cant breathe. So my mom consulted a doctor, the doctor said that I was having panic attacks.. So I wanted to know that if it's common to have panic attacks at my age ( I just entered high school)...
No not really.
First, there is no "normal". Everyone feels, goes through, and grows differently. I lost a pet that I grew up with last year due to a brain tumor, so I can understand your pain.
Second, if you are having panic attacks you need to discover what is causing you to feel that way, and then try and work through it.

I hope you get better soon.
