Italian game Bogolyubov

Hello, I saw this variation of the italian for the first time yesterday. I didn't know it, and it seem dangerous for black with a possible fork between king and rook.

But my problem is not here, when I analyse it with an engine, I don't understand the idea of move 10.

Someone has an idea about this strategy?

this opening is a side line of two knight defense code C58, i just saw the move 8.Qf3 a few days ago,personally i avoid that set-up when i'm playing with white cause it gives an advantage to black (fast development of pieces)
i'll add a chapter on the lecture and post a link so it won't just a talk ^^
