the beginner has a mate in 1 but is not sure about it, u give your queen for free. do you think the beginner would capture queen instead of the un sure checkmate?

I've done it in a unlimited game with a rook so it depends though the check mate wasn't super obvious.

If the beginner has checked the board more closely, there will be a chance that he would still see the m8-in-1, but queen capturing is a bit tempting.
