Scale of the seek graph and issue with hover info visibility

I don't honestly remember what the old scale was, but now 2000 is very close to the top, and when I hover over challenges in this area the hover popup gets cut off at the top of the screen. The scale I don't mind much at all, but not being able to see whose challenge I am accepting is a pain.

Another similar issue that has existed for a while but that didn't bother me enough to post about, is sometimes when you hover over a username for user info, the popup will go off the bottom of the page, and scrolling down will un-hover your mouse so the popup goes away.

All hover info should detect how close it is to the edge of the screen and adjust up/down/left/right so all information is visible.

I have the same problem, im 2100 rating average player, and i can't see other challenge. from 2100 and upper.

The problem with this is that it happens at a very specific rating range. 2000-2200 ish. Below that the graph looks fine with player info appearing above. Players rated above this it appears below and this is also good. I think it could be fixed by just changing those inbetween players to be treated the same as the ones above them (so the info appears below instead of above.)
