Should We Castle Early In The Philidor ?

I have a suspicion that 0-0 was not your problem in that one. Take a closer look at 3. Qf6. Making your knight and bishop fight over who wants to sit on e7 could be one of those rare pay per view events. Then your friend Mr. White decided he didn't want to watch the show and plays 8. dxe5 to let them both out. What a gentleman.
Dear @DrHack Nothing you just said makes any sense ... maybe it's just me ...

And, as a player of some strength, you never addressed the question ... I invite your opinion on the matter ...
Ah sure, I can answer that one. It's just you.
Dude, I don't think you are being entirely cooperative ...

I don’t understand DrHack
Have you considered ditching the Philidor because it's arguably the worst opening in the history of the world in it's entirety?

I don't think The Philidor Defense isn't the "worst" opening of history, it's not like your going to lose the whole game by playing it.

OP played white in this game, not black
