Banished after losing a game!?

Once again, that's seem weird, but I've been banished another time, I really don't get it, once again...

So, I've been reported by a quite aggressive paranoid player, I'm not gonna try to explain myself, just look at this game :

How can you objectively banish me after that!? He's even more suspicious than me (just look at the moves time), I just try to understand, that make any sense!

Sorry to insist, but this is so strange, like if you're not even trying to figure out the truth, I'm really disappointed.

Thanks for your time, hoping you're going to reconsider your decision.
Hi

Yesterday by a piece of luck as i just connected , i saw that this fellow site member Mr ShedDotMov was playing , i decided to look at his game (against a >2300 maybe it would make a intresting game i thought )and i just began to follow the game in the opening.

White had a little space advantage , but the best moves in that kind of positions are often very difficult to find if you want such a small advantage to last.
Of course even with time control 5+10 its a rapid game , and errors are likely to occur, then i saw the timer going down to 1 mn for ShedDotMov ,then he played some duibious moves and lost the game.
What i did not know is that some non friendly chat took place during the game between him and his opponent.
Above all after the game i was surprised to see the banner "this player uses chess computer assistance " coming back again behind his name !!
So i think that there is no computer spying the games about cheating on the site but only players complaining about others : maybe when two or three players say they are convinced this man "uses chess computer assistance" he is immediatly are sacked and banned.
Looking at the moves of that game , i am convinced that Mr ShedDotMov did not use "chess computer assistance":
for example with enough time he would not have missed 36.Rb1 to get some counterplay.
Moreover i am convinced that some players cheat with undetectable strategies for example"one computer move per game , or "two computer moves per game" ...etc ...
So i think the community must have a LOT of complaints to have the right to ban somebody (i saw a player who played
Kf6 , Kg8 , Kf6 , Kg8 , etc ..for first moves , and then started his computer blitz play against me and i lost all the games !!
(this is why i rarely play blitz !!) I will try to see if he is definitively banned . ( at the time i suspected some try to know if i played myself with computer assistance )
Maybe these clever cheaters will never be spotted.
So it seems to me that the decision to ban Mr Sheddotmove is unfounded : as far a si know there are no proofs , only rumors !
This is a problem with Justice : a gang of lying witnesses could be able to condemn anybody !!

Best chess wishes to you all !

Thanks for re-allowed me to play.

That case shows again the weakness of your banishment method, you shouldn't do it just because of a "high-rated-donator-model-player" report someone.

Thank you in advance (I'm a bit bothered).
