Hi all,
I've noticed recently that my Internet connection seems to be acting up at times. Although I can connect to other websites, occasionally I get a red "reconnecting" sign at the top of the screen. This is accompanied by my timer continuing to run down after I've made my move.
Note that my browser is Chrome and this problem is inconsistent, leading me to believe that this is not a problem with the browser being out of date. Google hasn't yielded anything in particular.
Sometimes an additional red symbol shows up the says "network error". When I hover over it with my mouse, the following text appears:
"Bummer! Your browser supports websockets, but cannot get a connection. Maybe you are behind a proxy that does not support websockets. Ask your system administrator to fix it!"
I am not behind a proxy, but still saw this message. Can anyone offer some insight into this problem? Thanks in advance!
